TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 48 OF 2020 By Jackline Atieno Odero, of P.O. Box 27336-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odero Awuor alias Otieno John Awuor, who died at Migori County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 19th June, 2018. CAUSE No. 52 OF 2020 By Elizabeth Anyango Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 64, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odhiambo Agoro, who died at Kanyimach Sub-location, on 27th September, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
