TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 15 OF 2020 By George Ochieng Owiti, of P.O. Box 1995-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domnicus Owiti Orwa, who died at Kadero Sub- location on 17th July, 2015. By (1) Alice Musili Yulu, (2) Jonathan Kalia Yulu Mutungi and (3) Claudia Mueni Mutungi the deceased's widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Yulu Mutungi, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 1st February, 2010. CAUSE No. 10 OF 2020 By (1) Nthenge Ndambuki, (2) James Nyamasyo Ndambuki and (3) Josephine Rita Ndambuki, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ndambuki Kwinga, who died at Itumbile, on 1st March, 2016. CAUSE No. 11 OF 2020 By Kennedy Mutosyo Mulandi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mutua Mulandi, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 8th July, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
