TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By (1) Wilson Wambua Nzamalu and (2) Benedict Muia Nzamalu, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzamalu Mutisya alias Nzamalu Matisya, who died at Muumandu, on 2nd February, 2017. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2020 CAUSE No. 37 OF 2020 By Kenedy Osewe Oluoch, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Oluoch Okuku alias Oluoch Okuku, who died on 24th August, 1996. CAUSE No. 39 OF 2020 By (1) George Otieno Owiti and (2) Phiniase Owiti, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sospita Olwa Odindo alias Sospeter Okwa Odindo, who died on 28th December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
