TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 5 OF 2020 By (1) Tobias Ochieng Achola and (2) Maurice Okeyo Achola, both of P.O. Box 177, Muhoroni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Achola Agango, late of ChemeliL Nyakach Location, who died on 4th August, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
