TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 154 OF 2020 By John Omollo Auma, the deceased's relative, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Samuel Adela Omollo alias Samuel Adela and (2) Andrea Gone Omollo alias Andrea Gone, who both died at Atoyiengo Sub-location, on 1st May, 2011 and 1st June, 2011, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
