CAUSE No. 145 OF 2019 By (1) Andrew Okoro Ouko and (2) Ruth Awuor Ouko, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isabela Migeni Ouko, who died on 16th September, 2013. CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2020 By (1) Juma Awuor Treza and (2) Juliana Anyango Jumah, the deceased's widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Seth Omondi Aderoh, who died on 27th December, 2017. By Shakila Awuor Onunga, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anyumba Awuor, who died on 24th February, 1984. CAUSE NO. 199 OF 2020 By Jane Achieng Sambuka, of P.O. Box 27, Nyabondo in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyogalo Ogat Ogat alias Nyogalo Ogat, who died at East Kadianga, on 5th July, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
