TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 10 OF 2019 By Hezron Wanzala Makokha, of P.O. Box 914, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Makokha Manyasi alias James Makokha s/o Murunga, who died on 20th June, 2005. CAUSE No. 28 OF 2020 By Mariko Okumu Wetisia, of P.O. Box 79, Matete in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jairo Wetisia Shibulukhu, who died on 17th July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
