TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 138 OF 2020 By Stephen Njiru Fundi, of P.O. Box 36, Ishiara, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bundi Irachu alias Fundi Iracu, who died at Evurore Sub-location, on 25th August, 1987. CAUSE NO. 139 OF 2020 By Lidya Waithira Ngari, of P.O. Box 197, Siakago, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amon Ngari Matata alias Ngari Matata, who died at Nguthi Sub- location, on 8th Januaru, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
