CAUSE No. 49 OF 2020 By Mary Moraa Ondieki, of P.O. Box 2464-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Nyakundi Masese, who died on 26th December, 2012. CAUSE No. 114 OF 2020 By Joseph Nyang'ai Mochache, of P.O. Box 785, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mochache Nyanchwania, who died at Rieteba Sub-location, on 21st March, 1978. CAUSE No. 124 OF 2020 By (1) Mary Osebe Osom and (2) Mary Moraa Osoro, both of P.O. Box 3908-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osoro Nyasani, who died on 4th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
