TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 55 OF 2020 By Paul Boke Ogora, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogora Mkwabe, who died on 15th March, 1982. CAUSE NO. 144 OF 2020 By (1) Paulina Aoko Atemo and (2) Agnes Atieno Otieno, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Atemo Maraji, who died on 2nd February, 1994. CAUSE No. 145 OF 2020 By (1) John Magoiga Mosama and (2) Joseph Kerario Mosama, both of P.O. Box 1, Kegonga in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (I) Magoiga Mosama and (2) Nyangi Mosama, who died at Kegonga Sub-location, on 12th April, 2006 and 15th September, 2008, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
