TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 88 OF 2020 By Ezekiel Maramba Magubo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Magubo Maramba, who died at Nyabomo, on 4th November, 1989. CAUSE No. 96 OF 2020 By Gabriel Odero Alex, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kwaga Agan, who died at Kajulu, on 5th September, 1991. CAUSE No. 98 OF 2020 By Monica Opiyo Olima, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Olima Oyola alias Olemo Oyola, who died at Wiga Sub-location, on 10th May, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
