CAUSE No. 87 OF 2020 By (1) Ismael Jumba Abdara and (2) Rashid Abdala Madende, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdara Mandende Kanyageri, who died at Manyatta Sub- location, on 5th May, 1980. CAUSE No. 131 OF 2020 By (1) Rebeccah Nchagoa Chacha, (2) Zephaniah Mukwaya Chacha and (3) Joseph Wambura Chacha, the deceased's daughter-in- law and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Chacha Mwera, who died at Itingo Location, on 13th November, 1998. CAUSE No. 132 OF 2020 By Maurice Omondi Abong, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyuna Omogo, who died at Central Kanyamkago Location, on 10th August, 1993. CAUSE No. 154 OF 2020 By (1) Burure Chacha Maroa and (2) John Nsato Maroa, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kehengo Maroa, who died at Getonganya, on 18th July, 1994. Box 42, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Otieno Odwar, who died at Kanyamamba Sub-location, on 1st January, 1995.
