TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 206 OF 2020 By Phillip Lokojul Akwata, of P.O. Box 19, Mungatsi in Kenya, the deseased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akwata Okwalakori, who died at Mungatsi Location, on 10th April, 1984. CAUSE No. 212 OF 2020 By (1) Essau Nakhumwa Namulanda and (2) Robert Namwaya Balongo, both of P.O. Box 179, Nambale in Kenya, the deseased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Balongo Namulanda Wiliam, who died at Kisoko Sub-location, on 5th October, 1990. CAUSE No. 231 OF 2020 By (1) John Ogutu and (2) Moses Ndunde, both of P.O. Box 110, Butula in Kenya, the deseased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muyuyi Wambani, who died at Tingolo Sub-location, on 24th October, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
