TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 5 OF 2020 By (1) Asusa Naliaka Wepukhulu and (2) Martin Wamukhae Wepukhulu, both of P.O. Box 32, Moi's Bridge in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wepukhulu Wambmbo Wekhanya alias Wepukhulu Wambambo Wekhanya, who died at Sidikho, Moi's Bridge, on 17th May, 2000. CAUSE No. 8 OF 2020 By (1) Job Lagoswa Embeywa, (2) Onesmus Omolo Embeywa and (3) Judith Nyagoha Embeywa, all of P.O. Box 5, Maragoli in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Chechi Embeywa alias Solomon Embeya Embeyia, who died at Maragoli, Vihiga, on 7th December, 1994. CAUSE No. 9 OF 2020 By Violet Nafula Barasa, of P.O. Box 370, Kimilili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cleophas Charles Barasa Wangila alias Cleopas Charles Barasa Wangila, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 30th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
