TAKE notice that Dagoretti Nyakinyua Savings and Credit Co- operative Society Limited (CS No. 2258) (under Liquidation) having been dissolved in accordance with section 62 (1) (a) (b) (c) of the Co- operative Societies Act (Cap. 490) by the Commissioner for Co- operative Development and Hesbon Mbuthia Kiura having been appointed the Liquidator by the Commissioner for Co-operative Development pursuant to section 65 of the Co-operative Societies Act (Cap. 490) and that pursuant to section 66 (1) (a) (b) (c) (f) (h) (i) of the Co-operative Societies Act, Rule 48 of the Co-operative Societies Rules, the Order given and issued on the 28th November, 2019, in the Environment and Land Court Civil Application (Miscellaneous) No. 17 of 2019 at Nakuru directing and compelling the Chief Land Registrar, Nairobi, the Land Registrar, Nakuru and the Land Registrar, Naivasha to facilitate and effect the National Land Commission's recommendation in the Gazette Notice of 1st March, 2019 to the effect that all titles emanating from the fraudulent transaction undertaken by the Dagoretti Nyakinyua company to be revoked and the same be allocated to the members of the Dagoretti Nyakinyua Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Limited who are the bonafide owners under the supervision of the Commissioner of Co-operatives and/or compelling the Chief land Registrar, Nairobi, the Land Registrar- Nakuru and the Land Registrar, Naivasha to facilitate and effect the National Land Commission's recommendation as contained in the Kenya Gazette of 1st March, 2019 in Table 2-Nairobi, Kiambu, Nyeri and Muranga counties, case number and County namely NLC/HL1112/2017 Nairobi City County in the matter of the Dagoretti Nyakinyua Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Limited (Claimant) and Dagoretti Nyakinyua Company (Respondent) of that Kenya Gazette, the Order given at Nakuru this 19th May, 2020, in the Environment and Land Court ELC (Miscellaneous) No. 7 of 2020 at Nakuru to the effect that the existing beacons and boundaries for all title deeds arising from the subdivision and/or survey of the Mau Sturunit/Molo Block 3 (Formerly L.R. No. 10224(IR 16461) and the Gilgil/Gilgil Block/Kikopey Ranch (Formerly L.R. No. 9361/5) be and are declared null and void forthwith and that the applicant is at liberty to engage new surveyors to carry out fresh survey for purposes of re- establishing the beacons and boundaries of the resultant subtitles, the Liquidator through M/s Joseph C.K.
