REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Philomena Muthoni Mwaniki (ID/01240553), of P.O. Box 46572, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru Township/183, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease of the said piece of land is missing and whereas all efforts made to locate the said certificate of lease have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue a new certificate of lease and the missing certificate of lease be deemed of no effect.
