The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 223 OF 2018 By Benard Otieno Ayiega, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julias Ayiega Mala alias Julius Ayaga Mala, who died on 16th August, 1998. CAUSE No. 258 of 2019 By (1) Abraham Odhiambo Onyango and (2) Methew Aloo Oduka, the deceased's son and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Onyango Michimbi, who died on 24th June, 1986.
