TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE No. 35 OF 2020 By Phillips Oluoch Abuola alias Phillips Oluoch, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Obuola Ayier, who died on 24th May, 2017, The Court will meted to issue the same unless carte be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (3d) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
