TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 71 OF 2020 By Winfred Wanjugu Kariuki, of P.O. Box 1811-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kariuki Wambugu, who died on 26th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. 84 OF 2020 By Stephen Kimani Njenga, of P.O. Box 640-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John P. Njenga Mbitiro alias John Njenga Mbitiro alias John Peter Njenga Mbitiro, who died at Benedict XVI, on 1st May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette, Dated the 13th May, 2020.
