TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2020 By Robert Melvile Stuart Sinclair, of 80, Cardinal Drive, The Vines, 6069, Greenock, Inverclyde, PA, 16, 7RR, Scottland, United Kingdom, the executor named in the eceased's will, for a grant of probate of the written will of Eileen Elizabeth Sinclair, who died at Mombasa. CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By (1) Ameet Shah and (2) Lalchand Devshi Shah, both of P.O. Box 83741, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pushpa Lalchand Shah, who died at Nyali, off Nyoka Road, Plot No. 1185, Mombasa, on 26th March, 2019. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By (1) Jaquiline Mutoni Mutune and (2) Benjamin Muthama Mutune, both of P.O. Box 85543-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant pf letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joy Kayitesi Buhozozo, who died at Tudor, on 5th April 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
