REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Nyamwaya Mosota (ID/22193602), of P.O. Box 24979-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kipeto/19257, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been 15th May, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1883 received within that period, I intend to open a new land register provided no objection has been received within that period.
