TENDER

NOTICE is given under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Raphael Githaka, Salvage Actros KBR 924M, ZE 7622 and several burnt vehicles WDB9341612L74675S, WDB9342332L375845, WDB9342332K906975, WDB9341612L638801 and WMAH24ZZ68W098405X, currently lying at Magongo area in Changamwe, take further notice that unless the aforesaid seven (7) salvage motor vehicles are collected within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all storage charges and any other incidental costs including the costs of publishing this notice, the same shall be sold by public auction, tender or private treaty and proceeds of sale be defrayed against the accrued charges without further notice to the owner.
