IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 (3) (k) of the Nyeri County Alcoholic Drinks Control and Management Act, 2013 as read with section 51 of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act (Cap. 2) Laws of Kenya, the Executive Member revokes the appointment of— THE NYERI COUNTY ALCOHOLIC DRINKS CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT ACT, 2013 REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 9 (3) (h) of the Nyeri County Alcoholic Drinks Control and Management Act, 2013 as read with section 51 of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act (Cap. 2) Laws of Kenya, the Executive Member revokes the appointment of — Linet Wamuyu, Veronica Wangari Maina, Peterson Wanyeki Mbau, as Members of the County Alcoholic Drinks Regulation Committee.
