REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kiplagat arap Yabsoi and (2) Kipsang arap Rono alias Peter Kipsang arap Rono, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as Nandi/Kapkangani/01, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the Environment and Land Court of Kenya in Eldoret in Environment and Land Court case no. 497 "A" of 2013 (formerly Eldoret High Court Civil Suit No. 94 of 2020), has issued an order for a declaration that the proprietors interest be extinguished and their names be deleted from the register as the plaintiffs have acquired the same by adverse possession, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Kiplagat arap Yabsoi and (2) Kipsang arap Rono alias Peter Kipsang arap Rono, has been reported missing or lost. notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) clays from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said (1) Kiplagat arap Yabsoi and (2) Rono alias Peter Kipsang arap Rono, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
