THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ranjanbala Jayanti Kanji Patel and (2) Krupa Jayanti Hirani, the executors to the estate of (1) Jayanti Kanji Patel (deceased) and (2) Arvind Kanji Patel, both of P.O. Box 48663-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all those pieces of land known as L.R. No. 2255/1 and 2255/2, situate in north east of Ngong Township in Kiambu District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 6132/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
