TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in CAUSE No. 69 OF 2019 By David Kibii Rono, of P.O. Box 205, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rael Cherotich Chepkwony alias Tapletgoi w/o Chepkwony, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 26th October, 2011. CAUSE No. 5 OF 2020 By Benson Birundu Mosigo, of P.O. Box 67838-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Mogoi Birundu, who died at Bishoftu Ethiopia, on 10th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
