TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in CAUSE No. 70 OF 2019 By Wilson Kiptui Kiplebel, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiblebel Tuitoek alias Kiplebel Tuitoek, who died at Emining, on 12th August, 1996. CAUSE No. 94 OF 2019 By Elijah Kibet Rotich, of P.O. Box 18-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Rotich Barsulai, who died at Kipsyena, on 7th February, 2005. CAusE No. 99 OF 2019 By Moses Kiplagat Kiptoo, of P.O. Box 67-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Changwony Kipngetich, who died at Sirwa, on 29th December, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
