TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 98 OF 2019 By Charles Omira Hongo, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okelo Orwa, who died on 14th June, 1986. CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2020 By Kennedy Ochieng Songa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Washington Songa Agol alias Washingron Songa s/o Agol, who died at Ratta, on 2nd May, 1972. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
