TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 35 OF 2020 By (1) Wilfrida Oduong Achola and (2) Anastasia Adero Achola, both of P.O. Box 124, Sawagongo in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Achola Obisa alias Achola Mogoya, who died on 28th March, 2004. CAUSE No. 90 OF 2020 By Hanningtone Ouma Oketch, of P.O. Box 162-40610, Yala in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zedekiah Otwera Ng'ong'a alias Otwela Ngong'a, who died at Gongo Sub-location, on 22nd April, 2009. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
