TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in CAUSE No. 2 OF 2020 By Patrick Munyoki Mukuni, of P.O. Box 53-90400, wingi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of a inistration intestate to the estate of Mukuni Mongu Muthula, who died at Ithumbi Sub-location, on 27th April, 1995. CAUSE No. 5 OF 2020 By Nzuna Mwilo Mwenga, of P.O. Box 370-90400, wingi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of inistration intestate to the estate of Muiru Igaa Nguku, who died at Kavu wani Sub- location, on 9th September, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya azette.
