TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 50 OF 2020 By Albert Kamau Muiruri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beth Wangui Muiruri alias Wangui Muiruri, who died at Makongeni, on 12th March, 2010. CAUSE No. 51 OF 2020 By John Kamau Macharia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wanjiku Macharia alias Wanjiku Gathura, who died at District Hospital, Murang'a in Kenya, on 12th June, 1982. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
