TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 7 "B" OF 2020 By (1) Willy Kyalo Ngwili and (2) Clement Nzioka Ngwili, both of P.O. Box 16, Makindu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Ngwili Mutwii, who died at District Hospital, Makindu in Kenya, on 1st March, 2014. CAUSE No. 8 OF 2020 By Lydia Kyule, of P.O. Box 57-90132, Sultan Hamud in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Kyule Salu, who died at Sultan Hamud, Makueni, on 29th October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
