TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 27 OF 2020 By (1) Karanja Nduati and (2) David Waithaka Nduati, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nduati Kahuno, who died at Kagurumo, Gikarangu, on 24th November, 1991. CAUSE N0.31 OF 2020 By (1) John Ng'ang'a Kamu and (2) John Ndirangu Kimani, both of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakaria Ng'ang'a alias Zakaria Nga'ang'a Kamau, who died at Kangari Sub-location, on 27th February, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
