TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in th s court in: CAUSE No. 43 OF 2017 By (1) Hellen Nyabate Manyange and (2) Jane Kwamboka Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 258-00217, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ndungu Ngaari, Who died at Kiambu, on 11th November, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be s own to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within tit' y (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya G zette.
