Box 399 Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of intestate to the estate of Okindo Nyaiyo alias Earnest Okin died on 16th May, 2012. CAUSE No. 215 OF 2019 By (1) Richard Nyabuto Otwere and (2) Robert Obuy of P.O. Box 10-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant administration intestate to the estate of Zacharia Otwe Otwere Mogoi, who died on 21st June, 1981. in this court in Kenya, the testate to the who died at 00, Kisii in inistration o Naiyo, who Otwere, both of letters of Mogoi alias 20th March, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
