TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 242 OF 2019 By (1) Cecilia Wandiri Murage and (2) Simon Ndwiga M of P.O. Box 1683-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's da son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration inter estate of Pinias Murage Grishon, late of Municipality Sub-loc died at Embu, on 30th November, 1997. CAUSE NO. 27 OF 2020 By (1) James Kinyua Njona and (2) Isaiah Njeru J. Mb a, both of P.O. Box 3-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbaka R vito alias Mbaka Rubitu, late of Mbeti North Location, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 20th January, 1989. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause b shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within hirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya azette.
