TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 67 OF 2020 By Peter Kiarie Ngugi, of P.O. Box 45503-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate or Esther Wanjiku Mugo, late of Kirimangai, who died there on 6th May, 2014. CAUSE No. 70 OF 2020 By (1) Esther Nyambura Gichuki and (2) Mary Wangari Kimani, both of P.O. Box 431, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Wahiga Wangondu alias Hannah Wahiga Wang'ondu, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 11th January, 2016. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
