Box 60, Kanjuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Wainaina Kairu, who died on 16th December, 1999. CAUSE No. 13 OF 2020 By (1) Peter Njuguna Waweru and (2) Antony Mahinda, both of P.O. Box 157-00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanyuthere Kimemia alias Kuria Waweru alias Kiarie Kimemia, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 28th August, 1969. CAUSE No. 15 OF 2020 By James Mburu Kamau, of P.O. Box 326-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Damaris Wanjiku Mwaura, who died at Gachika Sub-location, on 23rd June, 2015. CAUSE No. 19 OF 2020 By (1) Lucy Wambui Kariuki, (2) Jane Wangui Mwangi and (3) Hannah Murugi Gituanja, all of P.O. Box 50-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kariuki Mukui, who died at Kirangi Sub-location, on 11th May, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
