CAUSE NO.51 OF 2020 By Michael Kirogo Kamwiki, of P.O. Box 21679, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Kamwiki Kirogo, who died at Nairobi, on 24th June, 2001. CAUSE NO. 113 OF 2020 By (1) Gabriel Benard Kamau Muhanda and (2) Teresia Murugi Muhanda, both of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muhanda Kamau, who died at Gathanga, on 11th November, 1986. CAUSE No. 114 OF 2020 By (1) Gabriel Benard Kamau Muhanda and (2) Teresia Murugi Muhanda, both of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pauline Thiriiya Muhanda alias Pauline Thirimu, who died at Gathanga, on 20th June, 2016. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
