TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: his court By Geofrey Simiyu Lupao, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lubao Sirengo, who died at South Nalondo, on 6th March, 1978. CAUSE No. 83 OF 2020 By Chrispinus Wafula Khisa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Khisa Namunyo alias William Khisa, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 27th October, 1994. CAUSE NO. 371 OF 2019 By Peter Njenga Kariuki, of P.O. Box 227-00219, Karuri the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administratic to the estate of Martha Wanjiru Njenga Kariuki, who died at 15th September, 2017. CAUSE No. 414 OF 2019 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
