Box 43, Khayega in K nya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration in estate to the estate of John Indongole Mumela alias John indongole, ho died at Esumeyia, on 1st November, 1976. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be hown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within t irty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya azette.
