TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 1 OF 2020 By Jeanine Theresa Brooks, of Green Hills, Private Bag, Koru, the deceased's widow and trustee, for a grant of probate and letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Norman Broks, who died at Aga Khan lisopital in Kenya, on 5th September, 2019. The court will proceed to issue he same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
