TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 25 OF 2020 By Bernard Ireri Muindi, of P.O. Box 240, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felix Muindi Mutweria alias Mwiindi Mutuairia, who died at Murugi, on 5th May, 1992. CAUSE No. 33 OF 2020 By Joseph Mutugi Migwi, of P.O. Box 2475, Tunyai in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Mugambi Mangara, who died at Tubui Sub-location, on 9th November, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
