TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 8 OF 2019 By Juma Babu Meja, the deceased's father-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Georg Christian Schranz, who died at Diani, on 28th March, 2000. CAUSE No. 1 OF 2020 By (1) Salim Ahmed Zema and (2) Twalib Ahmed Zema, both of P.O Box 99, Lungalunga in Kenya, the deceased's childen, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hamadi Hamisi Zema alias Hamadi Hamisi, who died at Ng'ombeni, on 27th December, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
