TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 157 OF 2019 By Michael Ndakala Weta, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Weta Okntoyi, who died at Wambulishe in 2018. CAUSE No. 24 OF 2020 By Milicka Anindo Indetie, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Indetie Akala alias Indetie Agala, who died at St. Mary's Hospital in Kenya in 2016. CAUSE No. 29 OF 2020 By Andieli Jason Waka Atuta, the deceased's son, for (I grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andieli Atuta who died at Mushiangubu in 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
