TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 6th March, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1283 CAUSE NO. 106 OF 2019 By Catherine Wanini Kahuthia, of P.O. Box 264, Sagana in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Fanssence Mainah alias Stanley Fancesse Maim, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri, on 27th January, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
