TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 90 OF 2019 By Rael Kimeli, of P.O. Box 74-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Toroitich Ruto Kamongi alias Toroitich Ruto, who died at Kibias, on 2nd March, 1992. CAUSE No. 92 OF 2019 By (1) Vincent Kemboi Lagat Cheptum and (2) Lawrence Kiprotich Cheptum, both of P.O. Box 39-20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Cheptum Kimyigogo alias Cheptum Kiminyingogo alias Cheptum Kipnyingogo, who died at Lembus, Chemorgong, on 12th August, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
