CAUSE No. 122 OF 2019 By Benard Okech Oloso, of P.O. Box 184-40302, Niwa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuya Milanya alias Mbuya w/o Milanya, who died on 20th April, 1980.
