TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 170 OF 2019 By (I) Samuel Omolo Odiwa and (2) Isaac Juma, both of P.O. Box 33-30149, Akala in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon Odiwa Oyende, who died at West Reru Sub-location, on 16th November, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. By Elly Ouma Ogetnbo, of P.O. Box 27, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malaki Odhiambo Ogembo, who died at Kotieno, on 20th December, 2005.
