TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 112 of 2019 By (1) Christopher Wafula Wosyanju and (2) Martin Chenawile, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Wosyanju Wepukhulu alias Paul Wosianju, who died at Sikhendu, on 4th May, 2015. CAUSE No. 113 OF 2019 By Sikuku Reuben Cheloti, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheloti Wambulwa alias Cheloti Nakuna, who died at Misikhu Sub—location, on 10th March, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
